How soon will I hear back?
Expect a response within 24–48 hours. For a time-sensitive request, call 614-772-6549.
Does an inquiry reserve my date?
No. We will confirm availability, discuss your plans and send a personalized quote. Your booking requirements and confirmation are set out in your agreement.
How many hours does each package include?
Performance hours, setup and breakdown timing are confirmed in your quote based on your event schedule.
Do you travel, and are there travel fees?
Send your venue location with your inquiry. Travel availability and any travel fees will be confirmed in your quote.
Can we request songs?
Yes. Share your favorite genres, must-play songs and do-not-play list in your inquiry so we can discuss the music for your event.
What deposit is required?
The deposit amount and payment schedule will be confirmed in your quote and agreement.
What is the cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Cancellation and rescheduling terms are confirmed in your agreement. Contact Sarif if your plans change.
Can I customize a package?
Tell us which sound, lighting or effects you are interested in. Available options and any additional charges will be confirmed in your quote.
What does the venue need to provide?
Share the venue details and available setup space. We will coordinate access, power and any venue requirements for lighting, fog and special effects before the event.
